The Challenge
As a brand-new entrant in the highly competitive Phú Quốc tourism market, Cafe Xin Chào was a Group 1 Client needing to build a complete brand from zero. Their challenges were:1. To establish a professional, "check-in worthy" brand identity that could compete immediately upon opening.
2. To launch simultaneously across all platforms (offline at the venue and online) in a short timeframe.
3. To find a single, reliable partner who could manage every creative and technical aspect—from logo design to photography to website coding—without the hassle of managing multiple vendors.
The 3H Solution
3H DECOR acted as their fully outsourced creative department, delivering a seamless, all-in-one "Launchpad" solution:
1. Brand & Design: We developed the core brand identity,
including a memorable logo and a cohesive visual style. This was applied
directly to their print menus and all digital assets.
2. Media Production: Our media team traveled to Phú Quốc to style and
shoot the entire food and beverage menu. We focused on capturing the
freshness of the ingredients, highlighted by the restaurant's priceless
sea-view backdrop.
3. Digital Integration: We designed and launched a custom website
showcasing the new brand and menu. Simultaneously, we established and
optimized their foundational social media channels (Facebook &
Instagram) with a full library of professional assets, ready for Day 1.
